Call the Cops, I see a Red Sox Cap!

The Sox are coming to Tampa Bay, run for your lives!!! Hide the kids, duct tape the windows and have your taser ready. It seems the folks at the Trop think Red Sox Nation ranks up there with soccer hooligans so they have hired a security guard for each section in case anyone cheers too much. One a-hole caused some trouble last game so now every Red Sox fan must somehow be seen as a potential terrorist. One more reason the Trop is the worst stadium in all of baseball.

RE: Sciesinski- While I do not condone his reactions (to TBY security) at all, there was a paragraph in the story that seems to have been overloooked by everyone.

From tampabay.com:

The Sarasota Daily Journal tells a different story. He wasn't drunk, he said, just "buzzed" after his third rum and Coke. He said he cursed in front of some kids but apologized. He said it was Rays fans who were being rowdy. He was just "heckling."

If that's all he did, then I fault the TBY security for going too far for singling him out for ejection, before he attempted his stunt.
