The Dead in Worcester




I was able to catch The Dead at the DCU Center in Worcester on Saturday night. Overall a solid show with some good playing by Warren Haynes. The old guys and the new members delivered some memorable moments. Listen to the audience recording below; GDTRFB, Terrapin, One More Sat. Night, and Johnny B. Goode were highlights. I was at the show also:

However BirdSong was awesome and then to come back to it yeah...classic..and to hear a space and Drums again with Bill and Mickey that's what I call a highlight! Not since the Grateful Dead played have I heard these two jam. Terrapin Station that was hot, spacey and deep.
Days between was such a highlight for me, I think Bob really chocked up on this one with emotion..and come on I know you rider, lets just say it's special for everyone.

Hopefully you are checking out Mickey and Bills sounds of the Universe on the Deads website..some really good ideas and oh yeah our show...well that's titled The Suns Heart!!! Awesome!
