Red Sox DFA Woodward

Last night Chris Woodward was almost blamed for a loss that would put the Red Sox in second place in the wild-card standings but Pedroial and Martinez saved him. They couldn't save him after the game as the Red Sox designated him for assignment to make way for Alex Gonzalez.
