Red Sox Bats Deliver Another Victory

Jon Lester pitched well but had some bad luck with a bad bounce on a pitch that allowed the White Sox to tie the game in the 7th; taking away his chances for a win. Oki and MDC kept the Red Sox in the game and let the bats take over in the bottom of the 8 with 3 runs including a homer by J-Bay. Jonathan "Rhodes Scholar" Papelbon came in and recorded his 30th save of the season.

After breaking the Red Sox single season stolen base record Ells had 3 hits in the game. V-Mart had 2 hits after coming off the bench.
