Lugo Is Done For the Season
New reports are now suggesting that there is no chance Julio Lugo will be back on the team this season. After a setback during rehab to his injury he has not been able to resume baseball related activities. Many of you out there may be cheering this news, but I would have liked to have him available in case Lowrie gets hurt. The team has been better offensivly and defensively with Lowire so the news is not devistating by any means.

At this point, I'm cool with Cora backing up Lowrie. Even if Lugo make a miraculous comeback, I don't want him anywhere near a post season lineup card...
