Alex Speier of WEEI and Tony Massarotti of the Boston Herald are both saying that John Henry will be meeting personally with Jason Varitek tonight, without Scott Boras.
He's leavin' (leavin'), on a Jet Blue plane to Georgia (leavin' on a Jet Blue plane)...
Said he's goin' back to sign a catcher for the Red Sox nine.

Hate to admit it but the Gladys Knight youtube link was pretty funny! For the record (and not to age myself), I've never heard of them :)
