Things Are Looking Good

Clay Buchholz is a different pitcher than he was last spring, Jason Varitek is starting to hit, Penny and Smoltz are ready to pitch, and Lowell looks like he is back. The Red Sox needed things to fall into place after they lost out on Teixeira and it looks like they have. Granted not one regular season game has been played but there are many reasons to be confident in the Sox chances to win the East.
