Lowrie to Have Surgery Tomorrow
WEEI's Alex Speier is reporting that Jed Lowrie will have surgery tomorrow and could be back for the second half of the season.
Julio Lugo is now with the PawSox to begin his rehab so Green's role as starting shortstop will not last too much longer.
