Red Sox Sweep Yankees Again

The first 4 batters that faced Joba Chamberlain reached base and scored in the 1st inning. Jason Bays homer put the Red Sox on top 4-0 before Joba settled down and became a strikeout machine. Before he left the game in the 6th he had struck out 12 batters. The Yankees came back in the 3rd with 3 runs again thanks to a Damon homer but that was all they would get in the game. Beckett had some rough patches but got the win. Oki pitched a hitless 7th and 8th and Saito pitched a scoreless 9th. The Yankee pen was bad again and allowed the Red Sox to add 3 more runs to their lead on 2 hits.
