Josh Beckett Says He Is Fine Health Wise

The Red Sox ace didn't have much last night but said he was fine and the injury was not a factor.

His injury may (or may not) have felt fine, but it looked to me that mentally he was unsure about completed letting it fly. Mentally being concerned about an injury can be has limited as the injury itself.

The injuries really have been getting in his head this season. The whole numb arm thing earlier was weird, even when doctors said he was fine. His delivery was so slow yesterday, he needs to get out of his head and just pitch.
