If NESN is not enough for you there is now more Red Sox programming on cable. Comcast has launched Red Sox on demand to feed your Red Sox fix whenever you need. Watch below:

Seems like they might have been taking notes from the Phish/Dead school of taping and making every show available for free. While Comcast is not offering this service (On Demand) for free, the concept of making their vaults available to all would seem to come from the Dead allowing all of their shows to be taped and distributed for free, whether by old school BnP (blanks and postage- one fan would mail off blank cd's, or cassettes if you want to go way back, to another who would then make a copy of the show and use the postage to send the media back), or by uploading to free and legal music sharing services such as archive.org.

I wonder if this service is available to all Comcast customers nationwide, or just to New England Comcast customers.

Right now it is just in New England which sucks for everyone else but with the growth of youtube and flash video I doubt that anything that they show will be only on comcast for long.
