Offense Saves Beckett
Josh Beckett looked like he was throwing BP early in today's game giving up 4 home runs but Tito stuck with him and he ended up getting the win. The Red Sox offense answered with 4 home runs of their own including 2 by Big Papi. Boston scored 11 runs on 15 hits and completed the 3 game sweep of the Brewers. Delcarmen looked shaky in relief but got out of a jam in the 8th before Papelbon earned another save in th 9th.

Outside of the 4 taters, Beckett's line for the day looked pretty good. If I'm not mistaken, I think 3 of the 4 were curveballs leading the TBS announcers to speculate that he was tipping his pitches.
