V-Mart Beantown Bound
The Red Sox pulled the trigger at the trade deadline and acquired catcher Victor Martinez from the Indians in exchange for Justin Masterson and Nick Hagadone.
The Cleveland Leader points out that the trade took place today with the Indians scheduled to have Victor Martinez bobblehead night tomorrow.
Martinez is a three-time All-Star. He batted .284 with 15 home runs and 67 RBI in 99 games for the Tribe this year.

I'm really curious to know how Theo and Tito are going to juggle Martinez, varitek, Kotteras, Youkilis, laroche, and Lowell.
